We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Manager to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our workforce.

As a HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders across the organization. You will support the full employee lifecycle, drive HR initiatives, and ensure alignment between business objectives and HR strategies. This role requires a proactive, adaptable, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into HR initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Lead employee relations efforts, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent aligned with business needs.
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Drive change management efforts and support leaders through organizational transitions.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace.

What You Will Have

  • Strong progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role.
  • Experience in a Managed Services Provider, IT, or technology-driven environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
