The BI Consultant will design and deliver high-quality BI reporting to support key reporting and management information requirements for our clients across the Legal Sector. The role will work closely with Legal, Legal Operations and Technology teams to improve data insight, efficiency and decision-making across the Legal function. Proven experience working within the Legal sector or a regulated professional-services environment is essential.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports as scoped for client delivery
- Design semantic models, DAX measures, and data transformations to support accurate and scalable analytics
- Build and support Power Automate workflows to automate Legal processes and approvals for our clients that drive efficiencies
- Translate Legal business requirements into effective BI and workflow solutions
- Ensure solutions comply with data governance, security, confidentiality and regulatory requirements
- Produce clear documentation and support ongoing enhancements and change requests
Essential What You Will Have
- Demonstrable experience as a BI Developer
- Advanced expertise in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, Power Query)
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate and workflow design
- Experience in the Legal sector or a similarly regulated environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements-gathering skills
Desirable
- Experience integrating reporting with Legal systems and Microsoft 365
- SQL and relational database experience
- Familiarity with Legal Operations or Legal MI frameworks
