We are looking to hire a driven, proactive and high performing Sales Consultant to help support our fast growing business.

Our Finance, Spend and Governance (FSG) solutions are designed to help Trusts modernise their finance, procurement, and governance operations, ensuring transparency, compliance and efficiency across their enterprise. In line with the UK Government's 10-Year Health Plan, we are accelerating our Office of the CFO proposition to help healthcare organisations achieve true financial transformation.
We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to drive and execute on our FSG go-to-market ambitions across NHS Trusts and the wider healthcare sector. You will bring a deep understanding of the NHS ecosystem, from finance and ERP systems to the broader technology landscape including understanding of the NHS HR, payroll, and clinical integration points. This role spans both new business and expansion within existing accounts, working closely with Account Managers, Product, Pre-Sales, and Marketing to drive awareness, shape transformation agendas, and close multi-stakeholder opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive the full sales cycle across NHS and healthcare organisations from opportunity identification through to close.
- Own the full sales cycle for new business opportunities in the NHS space from lead generation to sales execution.
- Partner with Account Managers/Directors to identify transformation opportunities across our NHS customer base.
- Lead discovery engagements with CFOs, Finance Directors, IT, Procurement and Transformation leads to understand modernisation priorities.
- Position OneAdvanced as a trusted advisor supporting NHS financial and ERP transformation.
- Leverage our 35-year NHS heritage to build credibility and deepen relationships across ICSs, Trusts, and Boards.
- Collaborate with Solutions and Enterprise Architects to design robust, compliant solutions integrated into NHS core systems (HR, Payroll, Procurement, Governance).
- Provide sector insight and market intelligence to shape go-to-market strategy, content, and product roadmap.
- Maintain high standards of pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and collaborative deal governance.
- Build and strengthen our partner network to expand capability and coverage within the sector.
- Contribute to thought leadership and sector engagement activity.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, ERP, Finance or Spend Management within NHS or healthcare.
- Proven track record leading transformation-led sales cycles within NHS Trusts or other public-sector healthcare organisations.
- Strong understanding of NHS structures, frameworks, and technology ecosystem including finance, HR/payroll, procurement, NHS England and Central government integrations.
- Ability to engage credibly with senior finance, IT and transformation stakeholders across complex governance environments.
- Experience working with or for major vendors or consultancies (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Unit4, TechnologyOne, Microsoft, leading SIs or large public-sector integrators) that service the NHS sector.
- Strong understanding of purchasing consortiums, government technology contracting and frameworks.
- Established network across NHS/Health finance and IT leaders.
- Collaborative, strategic, and adept at managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
