As we evolve into a more data-driven and customer-centric organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Salesforce CPQ Architect to architect, build, and deliver transformative Salesforce solutions that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Translate complex business objectives into actionable Salesforce solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business units.
- Architecture & Solution Design
- Lead technical design sessions and document scalable solutions that bridge current and future states.
- Architect and deploy Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and related modules to support end-to-end lead-to-cash processes.
- Drive data governance, ensuring a secure, compliant, and efficient Salesforce environment.
- Deployment & Delivery
- Implement and automate Gearset pipeline deployment strategies across multiple orgs and teams.
- Manage custom development, integrations, and data migration within Salesforce implementations.
- Collaborate with third-party consultants and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
- Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and data management.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Integrations, and Document Generation (e.g., Docusign, Conga).
- Continuously enhance existing integrations and processes for maximum efficiency and business value.
What You Will Have
- 5+ years of overall professional experience, including:
- 2+ years as a Salesforce Developer
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level lead-to-Order.
- Expertise with Service Contracts, Docusign, Conga, and Quip.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies (Gearset & Bitbucket experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, Aura Components, Flows, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and Salesforce CLI.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data structures and performance optimization.
- Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, AppExchange, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of data integration tools and methodologies, integrating Salesforce with systems like ETL, NetSuite, Kantata, and Marketing Automation platforms.
- Solid grasp of Agile and Kanban methodologies with hands-on experience in JIRA.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills fostering collaboration and accountability across teams.
