Revenue Operations Analyst in Birmingham

This role is a hybrid position that will involve 2-3 days a week at our Birmingham HQ.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain reporting suite within Gong to improve revenue growth and provide insight into sales and sales leadership performance
• Analyse sales data, market trends, and operational processes to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency improvements
• Adopt a continuous improvement approach to process improvements and operational effectiveness
• Support data integrity efforts and system alignment across functions
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in revenue operations; share knowledge with the sales team and leadership to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Create and maintain reporting in Gong presenting insight to drive revenue growth
