Join to apply for the Lead Revenue Operations Analyst role at Sulaiman Alqudaibi Co. This role is a flexible working role that is primarily home-based, with our Birmingham HQ serving as the official location. You will be expected to be on-site at least once per month for collaboration.
What You Will Do
- BI Systems Leadership & Development: Develop and own the strategy, governance, and roadmap for GTM BI, ensuring its continued development and adoption across the business. Ensure high standards of user experience through interface optimisation, training, and support materials.
- Executive-Level Reporting & Insights: Drive the production of reports for senior leadership and board-level presentations. Standardise and automate key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance strategic decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial and operational insights are accessible and actionable.
- Automated Dashboards & AI-Driven Reporting: Lead the evolution of automated reporting and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce. Design reports based on accurate, real-time data sources, ensuring robust analytics and recommended next actions. Integrate AI capabilities within GTM reporting to improve efficiency and predictive insight.
- SaaS Metrics Expertise: Become the go-to expert on GTM reporting, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of key metrics. Support users in interpreting data and insights, and lead group-level reporting and reconciliations. Provide detailed financial modelling and analysis for internal stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership: Build strong relationships across Finance, Commercial, and IT teams to align reporting solutions with business needs. Adapt and refine reporting frameworks in response to evolving business priorities. Mentor and guide reporting and analytics teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What You Will Have
- BI Expertise: Significant experience in GTM reporting and analytics.
- BI System Leadership: Proven experience overseeing BI platforms and managing analyst teams, with experience in Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce.
- Automation & AI Enthusiast: Strong track record of leveraging automation and dashboards to enhance reporting, with a passion for understanding and utilising AI.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.
- SaaS Knowledge: Experience in the software industry is an advantage, including knowledge of GTM reporting metrics.
- Process Optimisation & Continuous Improvement: Ability to drive efficiency, enhance reporting structures, and adapt to a fast-moving business environment.
