Join OneAdvanced. As Head of Sales Operations, you will lead the strategy, governance, and execution of all Sales Operations and Sales Support across the organisation. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders across the business to enable scalable processes, operational excellence, and high-performing teams that directly support revenue growth. This is a critical role within our commercial engine, ensuring our sales organisation is fully equipped to perform at its best.
What You Will Do
- Operational Strategy & Governance: Lead the planning, governance, and continuous improvement of Sales Operations and Sales Support activities, ensuring alignment with commercial and business objectives. Partner with cross-functional leaders across the organisation to embed best-in-class processes, systems, and performance standards.
- Process, Policy & Enablement: Develop, maintain, and optimise Sales Operations policies, procedures, training materials, and supporting documentation. Ensure the Sales Support function is delivering consistently excellent service to all Commercial Units.
- Performance & Delivery: Drive high-quality performance across the Sales Support team, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and strong commercial impact. Manage and deliver cross-functional projects on behalf of Sales Operations, ensuring alignment, transparency, and measurable outcomes.
- Reporting & Insights: Define, measure, and track operational success metrics to monitor performance and inform decision-making. Oversee the creation and maintenance of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting dashboards and updates for key stakeholders.
What You Will Have
- Proven experience supporting or leading best practice within Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce.com and a strong understanding of CRM-driven processes.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in coaching, developing, and scaling high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement efficient, scalable processes.
- A strong bias for action, results-driven, solutions-focused, and able to drive initiatives through to completion.
- Adaptability, with comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities and evolving requirements.
- Detail-orientation combined with the capability to step back and identify key commercial drivers.
- A collaborative working style, with the ability to influence and orchestrate work across departments to deliver business impact.
