We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team who will be responsible for driving sales effectiveness by optimising the use of key sales tools and data insights. This role supports wider Revenue Operations initiatives, empowering our sales team with the tools to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. The position involves analysing sales data, trends, and operational processes to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency improvements. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days a week at our Birmingham HQ.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain the reporting suite within Gong to improve revenue growth and provide insight into sales and sales leadership performance.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and operational processes to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency improvements.
- Apply a continuous improvement approach to process improvements and operational effectiveness.
- Support data integrity efforts and system alignment across functions.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in revenue operations, sharing knowledge and insights with the sales team and sales leadership.
- Responsibility for the creation and maintenance of reporting in Gong that presents insight to drive revenue growth.
