Multi Trade Operative

My client is a leading property services company, offering multi discplinary services to suit their clients requirements.\\n\\nThey are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join their team in London, who specialise in building maintenance within commercial & residential properties.\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous experience in the building maintenance industry and a varied knowledge of carrying out maintenance duties in a commercial or residential environment.\\n\\nDuties will include but not be limited to:\\n\\n * General Maintenance Duties\\n\\n * General Carpentry\\n\\n * General Plumbing\\n\\n * Repairs to furniture\\n\\n * Minor Decorating/Painting\\n\\n * Installation of shelves\\n\\n * Installation of window restrictors\\n\\n * Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works.\\n\\n * Completion of work sheets via their mobile app\\n\\nExperience and qualifications required:\\n\\n * Expertise in multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.\\n\\n * A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements.\\n\\n * Previous experience in maintenance and building environments, ideally within commercial or residential sectors.\\n\\n * A HSE understanding\\n\\n * Previous use of handheld technology / smartphone\\n\\n * Take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard\\n\\n * A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service.\\n\\nRequired:\\n\\n * Minimum 5 years of experience in the building industry\\n\\n * City and Guilds qualifications or equivalent\\n\\nJob Type: Permanent and Full time\\n\\nPlease note this is a mobile role, however no driving license is required.\\n\\nMonday to Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
