My client is a reputable and leading FM organisation, with over twenty-five years of experience in the maintenance industry. With a head office in Central London, many of the properties and premises they service are in a short walking distance of the office. They are looking for an M&E Maintenance Engineer to join the M&E Division of their Property Services Department, which includes Mechanical & Electrical, HVAC and Water Hygiene services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E Engineer looking to step into a Lead role.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and contractors ensuring top-tier service delivery.
- Support PPM and reactive maintenance when needed ensuring smooth efficient building operations (including emergency lighting testing & remedials, PAT testing, water sampling, plumbing & water treatment remedial, servicing, diagnosing & inspection of AC, HVAC & water systems).
- Track KPIs and SLAs proactively addressing any service issues.
- Enforcing and preparing Risk Assessments, Method Statements, RAMs and maintain full regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections ensuring maintenance aligns with best practices and safety standards and implementing safe working practices.
- Serve as a key technical contact providing guidance to both your team and the clients on-site leadership.
- Production of quotes and estimates including correct parts and labour.
