Fabric Estimator / Procurement

My client is a leading facilities and maintenance company, servicing commercial and residential contracts in London.

Due to an expansion in their key contracts, they are seeking a fabric Estimator, with a minimum of 3 years experience, with great customer service skills to join their team in London.

As an Estimator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality maintenance solutions to their clients.

Duties will include but not limited to:

* Providing estimates and pricing support

* Preparing timely and accurate quotations based on customer requirements and KPI’s.

* Preparing presentation packs for tender submissions

* Working closely with management to review QC’s and problem solving

* Working with internal teams to resolve various technical issues in a timely manner

* Ensure compliance in Health and Safety Regulations

* Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works.

* You will be required to be flexible and work both in office as well as attend client sites when required

Required qualifications and experience:

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience of estimating within the construction industry

* Working knowledge of schedule rates

* NVQ Level 3 in Construction or equivalent

* Strong negotiation and communication skills

* Exceptional customer service skills

* Numerate

* Excellent time management and organisational skills

* Proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel

* Flexible and adaptable to varying workloads

* A hardworking and reliable work ethic

Job type: Permanent and Full Time

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits
