Suitpax is entering a period of rapid acceleration as we bring artificial intelligence to the heart of business travel. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Growth (VP Growth) to architect, execute, and own our growth strategy throughout Europe and beyond.
Your Mission
- Devise and Drive Market-Specific Growth: Lead the development and execution of tailored go-to-market plans for major European regions—identifying opportunities, anticipating obstacles, and localizing the Suitpax value proposition to new audiences. Build and refine scalable user acquisition and retention strategies across digital, content, brand, and product-led growth channels. Deploy data-driven experimentation frameworks to test, measure, and optimize performance, ensuring we’re constantly unlocking new waves of sustainable growth.
- Expand and Deepen Strategic Partnerships: Source, negotiate, and close win-win partnerships with travel vendors, technology providers, business networks, and industry organizations throughout Europe and internationally. Develop partnership playbooks that drive not just distribution and visibility, but also meaningful user and revenue growth. Represent Suitpax at partner meetings, European events, and business travel symposiums—always advancing our reputation and deal pipeline.
- Own Brand Awareness and Thought Leadership: Lead initiatives to elevate Suitpax’s authority in AI-for-business-travel via high-impact PR, digital content, community engagement, webinars, and education. Mastermind the content and engagement strategy for our LinkedIn page, using it as a platform to announce partnerships, launch stories, and provide valuable industry commentary. Engage directly with user communities, gathering insights and creating authentic advocacy programs to fuel viral growth.
- Drive Measurement & Accountability: Monitor KPIs daily—in user acquisition, retention, campaign performance, and partnership outcomes. Provide actionable insights and recommendations at the leadership table, influencing the CEO, product, and engineering teams.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data teams to ensure cohesion in all growth initiatives. Mentor emerging growth talent and foster a results-focused, experimental team culture.
