We are looking for a highly skilled social media & video editor to join our team. You will need to be self-motivated and work independently on creative for the company content strategy. This role will support organic content, paid advertising, social channels, and incoming requests from across the business. It plays a crucial part in keeping our photo and video output high-quality, reactive, and optimised for performance. This role is about speed, quality, and consistency. You'll be a key part of ensuring our ads, social, and internal video needs are always supported. It's a mid/senior-level role with a clear focus area, real ownership, and a big impact on performance. The role is full-time based in our warehouse offices.

What we need for the role:
- Proven experience as a video editor in a content role or agency
- Proven experience as a photo editor in a content role or agency
- Editing, pacing & transition skills
- Uploading media to main social media channels
- Strong experience in creating / editing multiple short-form videos
- Ability & creative vision to repurpose content & mixed media
- Ability to identify relevant videos, trends & moments we can react to for organic content
- Create, edit, and produce high-quality videos that showcase our collections and brand story
- Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across various platforms
- Knowledge of what performs / engages on social & paid creative
- Ability to make focused and structured content timeline
- Ensuring content is tailored to each platform's best practices
- Work on organising photoshoots
- Experience working to high brand / visual guidelines
- Finding UGC content
- Manage daily social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement
