Suir Engineering Ltd invites applications for a Construction Manager to join our EP&R project in Brackley. We are a leading international provider of innovative Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering Solutions with core sectors in Energy, Power and Renewables, Pharma, Food & Beverage, and Data Centres. Over the past 40 years we have delivered projects for Irish and multinational clients across the globe. We are expanding significantly and delivering large scale projects across Ireland, the U.K, Germany, Denmark and Sweden.

What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinate the electrical design, liaising with consultants and subcontractors and participate in design reviews.
- Ensure weekly and daily work plans are completed, targets are met and exceeded where possible.
- Maintain close contact with site personnel to ensure access, information and materials are available for a productive week’s work.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring site personnel.
- Management and coordination of appointed specialist subcontractors.
- Assist the Project Manager with the planning, development and enforcement of programme works.
- Keep relevant project stakeholders informed of progress, cost and other relevant issues.
- Manage safety and quality aspects of the project in accordance with company procedures.
- Liaise with Quality Control and Safety Departments on site.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
