Sugarman Health & Wellbeing is seeking caring and dedicated Support Workers in Leeds to assist two young women with Global Developmental Delay. Both are deaf, so specialist communication—BSL and Total Communication—is essential to promote independence and meaningful daily life.
You will provide 1:1, person-centred support, build relationships, and ensure communication needs are met while following care plans. Training and progression opportunities are offered, with weekly PAYE payments.
