About the role
Annual Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 plus bonus scheme.
Office Location: Watford, WD17 1JJ
Contract: Full-time 40 hours per week
Office Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30-16:30

Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Manager.
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high quality service working in partnership with colleagues.
- Ensure compliance reports are maintained and reporting is complete and accurate.
- Deliver safe, personalised services to each individual service user through assessment, person‑centred planning and regular outcome‑focused reviews of services.
- Effectively utilise the mobile workforce to ensure the service is appropriately resourced with suitably qualified, skilled and experienced workers.
- Identify and develop strategies for the planning and delivery of quality and innovative complex care services.
- Grow and develop services through increasing delivered hours and maximising referral opportunities.
- Identify recruitment needs and develop plans with relevant managers to ensure the service is appropriately resourced with capacity for growth.
- Play a practical role in our quality assurance programme to promote high quality, best practice and continuous improvement of services in line with our Quality Assurance Policies.
- Resolve complaints in accordance with our Complaints & Compliments Policy.
- Evaluate services through regular review, annual service user questionnaires, analysis of complaints and compliments etc.
