About the role
As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the branch has a pipeline of reliable and compliant workers by attracting the best talent and managing the recruitment process. You will work closely with other colleagues in your office to ensure we are proactively ensuring we have a candidate pipeline to meet branch targets and client needs.
The responsibilities of a Recruitment Officer:
- Liaising with the branch team to devise, advertise, implement and drive a recruitment strategy
- Screening and interviewing all prospective Support Workers and Team Leaders
- Handling all recruitment administration, including references/DBS/right to work checks
- Arranging candidates to attend face-to-face training and complete online e-learning
- Delivering targeted sign-offs on a weekly basis
- Conduct open days and attend job fairs
