Job Title: Support Worker Location: Congleton Hours: 24 hour shifts - day sleeps. 0800-2300 waking hours, 2300 - 0800 sleep hours. Pay: Β£14 per hour waking hours. Β£11.44 sleeping hours.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Congleton. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with autism and behaviours that may challenge. We are looking for someone who is outgoing and enjoys getting out and about. The individual enjoys going out to play bingo, shopping and karaoke.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to individuals with autism.
  • Assist with all daily activities.
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of those in your care.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supporting people with autism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to provide special sensitive support.
