Location:Congleton
Hours:24 hour shifts - day sleeps. 0800-2300 waking hours, 2300 - 0800 sleep hours.
Pay:£14 per hour waking hours. £11.44 sleeping hours.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Congleton. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with autism and behaviours that may challenge. We are looking for someone who is outgoing and enjoys getting out and about. The individualenjoys going out to play bingo, shopping and karaoke.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to individuals with autism.
- Assist with all daily activities.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of those in your care.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supporting people with autism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to provide special sensitive support.
- Weekly Pay – PAYE or Umbrella
- Holiday Pay (PAYE)
- Enhanced Bank Holiday Rates
- Ongoing support from our Nurse Care Manager and Registered Manager
- Free clinical and theory training from experienced nurses
- Refer a Friend scheme (T&Cs apply)
