About the Role: The role of a Team Leader is multifaceted, blending direct care with leadership and administrative duties.
Your responsibilities:
- Daily Supervision: Act as the team lead for a group of Care Assistants, allocating daily tasks and ensuring an even and fair distribution of the workload.
- Communication Bridge: Serve as the key link between the care team and management, relaying concerns, updates, and suggestions in both directions.
- Holistic Assessments: Conduct in-depth assessments to understand a client's physical, emotional, and social needs, involving them and their family in the process.
- Emotional Support: Provide not just physical care but also companionship, a listening ear, and emotional support to the client, often during difficult times.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: Essential for accurate medication administration, care planning, and record-keeping.
Who We're Looking For: We’re looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Ideally, you will have:
- Weekly Pay - PAYE or Umbrella.
- Holiday Pay (PAYE).
- Enhanced Bank Holiday Rates.
- Ongoing support from our Nurse Care Manager and Registered Manager.
- Free clinical and theory training from experienced nurses.
- Refer a Friend scheme (T&Cs apply).
