About The Role: You’ll be working with a female service user who has complex needs, including Cerebral Palsy, Brain Injury, Epilepsy, and requires Suctioning and PEG feeding. Your support will be crucial for her daily life and well-being. We’re looking for someone outgoing, encouraging, patient, and empathetic. Our service user loves going to the cinema and theatre and enjoys having books read to her. You’ll need to be happy to encourage her to get out and explore!
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Task – e.g., Suctioning, Tracheotomy, Brain injury, Epilepsy, PEG Feeding, Cerebral Palsy
- Personal and pressure area care
- Supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing
You’ll receive full training and undertake shadow shifts to ensure you feel confident and well prepared.
Key Requirements:
- Driver status – e.g., Must be a driver / Access to vehicle
- Minimum 6 months of professional care experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Up-to-date CV with full work history
