Brighton Resort is looking for fun, energetic, and reliable Outside Ticket Checkers to join our team for the upcoming winter season! As one of the first team members our guests encounter, you’ll set the tone for their day on the mountain. Stationed at lift access points, you’ll help ensure tickets and passes scan smoothly, keep lines moving, and spread positive energy to everyone heading uphill. This role is essential to creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring efficient lift access, and maintaining safety and security standards. As a visible ambassador of Brighton Resort, you’ll balance guest service with operational efficiency—all while working outdoors in every kind of mountain weather.

- Ensure only valid pass/ticket holders access the mountain
- Identify and address fraudulent or invalid tickets

Qualifications

- Intermediate or advanced skiing or snowboarding ability

- Willingness to work with teammates from diverse backgrounds
- Availability for at least four shifts per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from the resort in winter conditions
