About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Training Content Specialist to join our customer enablement team. In this role, you’ll help design and deliver engaging learning experiences across video, courses, webinars, in-app guidance, and email campaigns. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex product information into accessible, user-friendly content that drives engagement, adoption, and long-term customer success.

This is a great opportunity for someone with early-career experience in instructional design, digital training, or SaaS education, who is ready to deepen their skills and make an impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create engaging training content including videos, how-to guides, live webinars, and in-app walkthroughs to support product onboarding and ongoing education.
  • Build and maintain self-paced eLearning courses in our LMS, applying basic instructional design principles to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
  • Develop in-app guidance using tools like Pendo, or similar to provide just-in-time learning within the product interface.
  • Assist with webinar logistics and facilitation, helping to host monthly live training sessions and customer education events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, customer success, support, and marketing to ensure accurate, timely, and customer-relevant content.
  • Support content updates when new features are released or documentation needs to be refreshed.
  • Contribute to email-based learning campaigns, including writing copy for product education series and onboarding journeys.

What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in training content development, instructional design, customer education, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools (e.g., Camtasia, Articulate Rise/Storyline, LMS platforms, screen recording software).
  • Basic video editing and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and engagement.
  • Interest in SaaS, CRM, or B2B technology products.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and deliver on deadlines.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience working with in-app guidance tools (e.g., Pendo, WalkMe, Whatfix).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Sugar Market, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Exposure to user analytics or training metrics to assess impact and engagement.

We understand that no candidate is perfectly qualified for any job. Experience comes in different forms; many skills are transferable; and passion goes a long way. Even more important than your resume is a clear demonstration of dedication, impact, and the ability to thrive in a fluid and collaborative environment. We want you to learn new things in this role, and we encourage you to apply if your experience is close to what we’re looking for. We also know that diversity of background and thought makes for better problem solving and more creative thinking, which is why we\'re dedicated to adding new perspectives to the team.

Benefits and Perks:

Beyond a stellar work environment, friendly people, and inspiring work, we have some sweet benefits and perks:

  • UK Pension Scheme
  • Private medical and dental insurance
  • Health & Wellness Reimbursement Program
  • Unpaid sabbatical leave
  • Education Resources - Career & Personal Development Program
