SugarBird Wines is looking for a creative Marketing Assistant to join the team ! In this role, you will work closely with our M arketing Manager to increase brand awareness for our Aberdeen and Cape Town venues, including developing social media content , supporting the creation of marketing materials , and assisting with day-to-day marketing administration.
Key Responsibilities
Create and schedule social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Assist with content planning and maintaining a social media calendar to support the promotion of events, tastings, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Capture photos and videos for marketing use.
Assist in the design and production of marketing assets .
Support the development of blog posts, event promotions, and customer communications , i.e., email marketing , aligned with the SugarBird brand and tone of voice.
Assist with visual merchandising at our Aberdeen venues.
Skills & Experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of social media platforms.
Experience using Meta Business Suite and Microso ft Office, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign .
Excellent organisational skills , an eye for design, and great attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
You must have a valid right to work in the UK Visa and/or be a UK resident.
Marketing or Design qualification , or studying towards one.
Experience within hospitality or retail marketing .
Visual merchandising experience in a hospitality or retail setting.
