Where You Fit In:
SugarAIis looking for a customer-facing, hands-on technologist to join our Solution Consulting team in EMEA. Drawing on deep CRM/CX market knowledge and an in-depth understanding ofSugarAI’splatform architecture and capabilities, you’ll uncover customer business objectives, scope and present the product vision, and own the solution/technical side of the sales cycle – showing howSugarAIdrives real business outcomes. You'll be the residentSugarAIexpert for both our internal and extended (reseller/partner) sales teams. Success in this role calls for strong customer interaction and presentation skills, a solid grasp of enterprise software solutions and how they integrate, and the ability to work closely with sales and professional services teams.
**This role operates on a hybrid model, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at our London location, specifically, working in-office a minimum of 2 days per week.**
