What You Will Bring: (Key Responsibilities)
- Strategic Roadmap Ownership & Product Leadership
- Own, define, and continuously evolve the product roadmap for SugarAI capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, customer needs, and business outcomes.
- Act as a mini product leader, connecting vision, execution, and commercial impact.
- Drive transparency and alignment by clearly communicating priorities, trade‑offs, risks, and progress across stakeholders.
- Ensure all initiatives are grounded in customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Identify and drive long‑term strategic bets and growth opportunities across the product portfolio.
- Product Strategy, Planning & Agile Execution
- Lead planning efforts that balance long‑term vision with near‑term delivery.
- Partner closely with Engineering and UX to scope, design, and prioritize solutions that balance innovation and scalability.
- Manage and continuously refine a dynamic product backlog, balancing quick wins, foundational investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery and validation through delivery and post‑launch optimisation.
- Drive high‑quality agile execution, ensuring work is well‑defined, prioritised, and delivered efficiently.
- Customer & Data‑Driven Decision Making
- Gather, analyse, and synthesize customer insights to ensure the product solves real problems.

- Experience
