Type : Part-time, Freelance (15 hours per week) Role Overview Sugar Studios is seeking a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Part‑time Sales & Marketing Assistant to support day‑to‑day sales and marketing functions.
This individual will assist in supporting client enquiries, maintaining CRM systems, coordinating studio bookings, and assisting with marketing initiatives that drive awareness and revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to develop practical experience in both sales and marketing within a fast‑paced studio environment.
Key Responsibilities Support Sales in administrative tasks, including calendar management, inbox organisation.
Assisting with incoming enquiries using Hub Spot, including logging deals, updating client records and preparing follow‑up communications.
Help to maintain and update Hub Spot records, contact lists, deal stages and sales activity to support accurate reporting and monthly performance tracking.
Answer phones and assist with general studio enquiries, escalating booking, pricing and commercial discussions where required.
Assist in maintaining and updating the studio shoot calendar, ensuring bookings, pencils and key client information are accurately recorded.
Support the management of event platform listings.
Provide administrative and logistical support for in‑house events, studio activations and client events.
Help coordinate client requirements with the Operations team, ensuring changes to schedules, arrival times and load‑out requirements are communicated effectively.
Help to maintain and update prospect databases and contact lists within Hub Spot.
Assist with research into prospective clients, industry contacts and partnership opportunities.
Marketing Support Assist in the creation of social media content across Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok.
Follow up with clients to request content from their shoot.
Help track content logs in OS system and support scheduling the content calendar.
Help draft and upload website content and blog posts, following SEO best practices.
Help oversee website performance and quality assurance with quick checks.
Support the research of partnerships with organisations and universities.
Assist in updating current brand assets and decks.
