Your Service
The site is a new-build development set in the historic port city of Hull. This service will provide specialist supported living accommodation for 11 people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
Your Role
- Ensure the service runs smoothly and achieves quality excellence.
- Encourage personal growth & development of the team.
- Enable the people we support to lead a fulfilling life and maximise their independence.
- Ensure the wellbeing of the team is prioritised, providing appropriate tools and opportunities.
- Run the service efficiently, balancing budget achievement with excellent quality.
- Manage financial performance and control financial resources.
- Promote quality assurance and develop effective work strategies and processes.
- Ensure full and accurate reporting of management information, maximising quality and compliance.
- Be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

About You
- Experience working with those with Learning Disabilities or complex behaviours.
- Experienced Service Manager with a background in Supported Living or Residential Services.
- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care; support and training towards Level 4 and 5 is available.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident, flexible and efficient, happy to work on a shift basis and be on call when required.
