Your Role:

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. You may be new to care or already have experience in the social care sector as Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant but your values are most important to us. Waterbury House is a warm, welcoming home with a mix of private flats and en-suite bedrooms, offering the privacy and freedom of personal space with support whenever it’s needed. Everyone has a busy, active social life, keeping fit with swimming or horse riding, going into town for bingo or crazy golf and taking trips with their family and friends. The communal areas are always lively and fun – people love cinema and have regular movie nights and trips to see the latest releases.

Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences. Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions. Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.
