Your Role
- Working closely with operational leaders, recruitment and L&OD colleagues to ensure early‑career programmes meet business priorities, regulatory requirements and workforce capacity needs.
- Overseeing the onboarding, induction and early development of apprentices and graduates, ensuring a positive, supportive and compliant learner experience.
- Acting as the key liaison with training providers, awarding bodies and external partners, managing quality, performance and contractual expectations.
- Monitoring learner progress, completion and outcomes, intervening early where risks to engagement, performance or retention are identified.
- Maintaining oversight of the apprenticeship levy account, Skills for care and LDSS funding streams.
- Providing day to day oversight of learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms, ensuring they are accurate, accessible and fit for purpose.
- Enabling consistent learning journeys across services by standardising system processes and reporting.
- Acting as a key point of contact for managers and services in relation to learning systems, providing guidance and support on platform use and compliance responsibilities.
- Delivering system training and guidance to colleagues and managers to build confidence and consistency in use.
- Undertaking administrative activities for the smooth operation of the L&OD department, which includes booking/arranging training venues, processing invoices, creating and managing workshop events, being the first point of contact for all L&OD queries and managing the L&OD inbox.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Experience of working in a L&OD environment.
- Experience of working with learning, compliance or workforce data, producing reports or insights for stakeholders.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within social care or similar sectors.
- Strong administrative and organisational experience within a people, learning or operational function.
