  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Data Migration workstream, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Define and maintain the detailed data migration plan, aligned to the integrated programme schedule.
  • Coordinate across data architects, SMEs, business analysts, and engineering teams to capture requirements and define migration scope.
  • Establish and manage data migration strategy, including extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
  • Track dependencies across workstreams and ensure alignment.
  • Manage risks, issues, and assumptions through structured RAID governance.
  • Ensure data quality standards, auditability, and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
  • Provide clear status reporting to Programme Leadership, Steer Co, and stakeholders.
  • Support decision-making by preparing impact assessments, options analysis, and recommendations.
