We are seeking an inspiring and proactive Manager to lead our Live Well Hub Leiston. You will be responsible for strategic development, daily operations, partnership working, staff and volunteer management, funding and financial oversight, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
You will play a key role in developing partnerships, identifying funding opportunities, contributing to the delivery of community health and wellbeing programmes, and ensuring the hub’s long-term sustainability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic planning and partnership development.
- Managing day-to-day operations and service delivery.
- Financial oversight and identifying funding opportunities.
- Leading and supporting staff and volunteers.
- Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting service impact.
- Promoting the hub’s work through community engagement and outreach.
What we’re looking for:
- Commitment to improving health and wellbeing outcomes for diverse communities
- Experience managing health, wellbeing, or community-based services.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Strong partnership building and strategic planning abilities.
- Financial management and fundraising experience.
