Role Description

This full‑time hybrid role for a Community Fundraising Officer is based at our Ashbocking HQ in Suffolk, with flexibility for work‑from‑home arrangements. The role involves designing and implementing community fundraising activities, building relationships with donors, supporters, and local businesses, organising events, and creating campaigns to raise funds and awareness. You will track fundraising goals, and collaborate with team members to ensure the success of the Trust’s individual giving programme.

Qualifications

  • Fundraising skills, including the ability to strategise, implement, and manage community campaigns effectively
  • Strong event planning and organisation skills for coordinating community outreach and engagement activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in building relationships with individuals, businesses, and community groups to drive collaboration and support
  • Analytical skills to track fundraising metrics, manage budgets, and generate reports
  • Proficiency with relevant tools such as CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
