The predicted salary is between 25594 - 25594 £ per year.
Suffolk #WeMatter want to appoint a part time Development Manager to work up to 15 hours a week from January to August 2026 on a fixed term basis. Then 7.5 hours per week for 3 years and an increase in hours if funding permits.
Your responsibilities:
- liaising with existing provisions to support work with targeted young people
- providing training and familiarisation for new provisions and clients
- monitoring the work and providing reports to the Trust Board on a regular basis
- working with the Trustees and the Chair to further develop the aims of the charity
- working together to ensure the continued success of the charity through fundraising and promotion.
About us
Suffolk #WeMatter has been operating for one year and is a small charity based in Ipswich and covering the Ipswich and East Suffolk area at present. The charity is focused on supporting children and young people who are living with an adult with a mental health condition. The charity is supported by the Ipswich Connect programme and receives grants from various local charitable organisations.
What will offer you
The Trustees are both involved and determined in ensuring that children and young people are well supported and that providers are equipped and enabled to develop that process for families. We currently work with a range of schools and have provided training for children's services and other local groups. We expect our website to be launched by January 2026 and have already developed a training programme and materials to support the process for children and young people.
