Overview

Looking for a skilled experienced property manager on an ad-hoc subcontractual basis to manage a growing property portfolio. The individual needs to live in Bury St Edmunds or within 10 miles to be able to access properties when required. Flexible 9-5 Monday to Friday with an expected workload of up to 1 day a week currently, with scope for this to increase.

Responsibilities

  • To oversee the effective management, compliance and tenant satisfaction of one or more HMOs.
  • The manager ensures all legal obligations are met, communal areas are maintained, tenants which rights are respected, and regular communication with tenants is maintained to ensure tenant satisfaction.
  • Manager will also be in contact with cleaner and other trades when required to carry out work at the property.
