Trainer in Plumbing & Heating (on-site)
Within the range of Β£27,702 to Β£41,895 per annum (pro rata if part time). Starting salary subject to college salary assessment process. 35 hours per week, 52 weeks a year. Full or part time opportunities considered.

We are seeking candidates with industry experience in Plumbing and Heating, with a desire and ability to encourage, motivate and inspire people. The successful candidate will support delivery and assessment of high-quality apprenticeship training to aspiring professionals. They will support with guiding learners through practical and theoretical aspects of plumbing and domestic heating systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and apprenticeship requirements. While previous experience in a Trainer role or similar is desirable, it is not essential as we have an excellent training and development programme to help you make the transition into education and shape the next generation.

Responsibilities
- Support delivery and assessment of high-quality apprenticeship training for Plumbing & Heating.
- Guide learners through practical and theoretical aspects of plumbing and domestic heating systems to meet industry standards and apprenticeship requirements.
- Contribute to a positive learner experience and aid learners to work competently and confidently in industry.
- Collaborate with college teams to support learners across campuses as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Industry experience in Plumbing and Heating.
- A desire and ability to encourage, motivate and inspire people.
- Previous experience in a Trainer role or similar is desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to participate in our training and development programme to support transition into education.
