Starting salary is ยฃ24,810 per annum
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

About the Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy, fast-paced Learning Support & SEND Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality administrative support to enable key functions of the team to run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Apply excellent administrative and customer service skills, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Support inclusion initiatives and uphold a welcoming environment for all learners.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proactive, professional individual with strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a busy, customer-facing environment.
  • Initiative, selfโ€‘drive and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Passion for inclusion and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Closing date: Wednesday 12th November 2025 at midnight.
  • Interviews will take place at Rural, Otley Campus.
