Starting salary is Β£43,269 per annum

37 hours per week, 52 weeks a year

We have an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join the management team at Suffolk New College.

As the leader responsible for the progress and experience of our Apprentices, you will champion high quality practice, drive consistent standards and ensure all apprentices receive an exceptional learner experience that supports strong progress, retention and timely achievement.

A key part of the role will be to lead the professional development of Progress Coaches, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver impactful and high quality progress monitoring. You will design and implement targeted PD activity, model best practice, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the team.

You will need proven experience and expert knowledge of apprenticeship provision, alongside inspirational leadership qualities and the ability to build and sustain highly effective relationships with staff, employers and external stakeholders. You should therefore have a strong understanding of apprenticeship and work based learning requirements, employer expectations and the operational demands of high quality apprenticeship delivery.

You should hold a relevant degree or professional qualification, along with maths and English at Level 2 or equivalent.

Suffolk New College is a multi-campus, therefore you will be required to work at and travel between campuses.
