Apprenticeship Administrator (on site)

We are an exciting time to join Suffolk New College as we invest in growing and raising the profile of our Apprenticeship offer. You will find yourself joining a supportive team environment that is committed to giving our apprentices and learners the best experience possible to enable them to work competently and confidently out in industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage core administrative duties supporting the apprenticeship program.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for apprentices and learners.
  • Provide excellent customer service to apprentices, staff and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the digitalisation and refinement of processes and procedures to support high‑quality apprenticeships.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for compliance.
  • Experience in administrative or clerical work, preferably in an educational or apprenticeship setting.
  • Good IT skills and organisational ability, with strong process‑control awareness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi‑campus team, travelling between campuses as required.
