To help us achieve this mission we are looking for a Volunteer and Co-production Coordinator who will oversee volunteering across the organisation, grow our volunteer capacity and build a consistent, meaningful approach to co-production helping us create genuine opportunities for people with lived experience to influence and shape our services, policies and decision-making.
Key Information
- 22.2 hours per week (pattern to be discussed, preferable between man-hours)
- Hybrid working option (this is a mix of office and home)
- Base: Any of our Ipswich, Saxmundham, Bury St Edmunds or Felixstowe offices
- From £16,321.20 per annum (FTE £27,202.00 - £30,856.00)
- Contract: Permanent role

Essential
- Experience of recruiting, coordinating or developing volunteers.
- Understanding of mental health and the challenges people may face when volunteering or sharing lived experience.
- Experience of engaging people with lived experience or other stakeholders to help shape services, policies or organisational activities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records.
