37 hpw (flexible)/Suffolk/Hybrid working
We are looking for a Research and Evaluation Assistant to join our team and support the new Research and Evaluation Co-ordinator as well as the existing Research and Evaluation Manager and in the delivery of research and evaluation activities across Suffolk Mind.
As part of our mission to become the best place in the world to talk about and take care of mental health, our Research and Evaluation team plays a vital role in measuring the impact and effectiveness of services across the organisation. The team also conducts research into the wellbeing of people across Suffolk and delivers research projects commissioned by external partners and stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to contribute to a wide range of research and evaluation projects, supporting the day-to-day delivery of the team's work.
Key Information
- 37 hours per week (work pattern flexible/to be discussed)
- Job share and hybrid working available
- £25,375.00 per year (FTE)
- Suffolk Office Base (this could be Ipswich, Felixstowe, Bury St Edmunds or Saxmundham)
- Permanent role

- Able to communicate research findings via infographics, written service evaluation reports, commercial reports & presentations, secondary research reports, and dashboards.
- To manage workload and be able to prioritise in an often fast-paced environment.
- Experience with or interest to learn quickly about survey design, creation, distribution and analysis using Excel, PowerBI, Qualtrics, or other survey and data visualisation platforms.
