The role includes supporting with meals, medication, daily activities, and helping people access and enjoy their local community. Located in north Ipswich, Montrose House is a residential care home for 10 residents. Rated as Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission, we've also won the Wellbeing at Work award by Care Development East. We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Worker to help individuals with long-term mental health needs.
Key information:
- Hours: 37 hours per week (permanent, full time)
- Work pattern: fixed rolling 7-week rota, including weekends, evenings, bank holidays (to be discussed at interview). Rotas are planned well in advance, to support a healthy work-life balance.
- Potential Earnings: £27,454.04 (if one sleep-in undertaken per week)
- Actual Salary: From £24,454.04
- Bonus: £500 Joining bonus
