Framfield House Surgery is a friendly supportive practice based in Woodbridge which has over 14,500 patients. We are recruiting a part time receptionist/administrator to work in the Practice on a 6 – 12 month contract with the opportunity of a permanent position after this time.

The role:

  • Work on our front desk to greet patients face to face/make appointments/deal with patient queries
  • Answer incoming calls to make appointments/deal with queries
  • Make outgoing calls to patients and other organisations as necessary
  • Support the team with administrative duties applicable to the role

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Have an excellent and confident telephone manner whilst remaining empathetic and understanding the need for strict confidentiality
  • Possess good organisation skills
  • Knowledge of SystmOne is preferred and experience of working within a primary care setting would be an advantage
