Siam Surgery is a semi-rural GMS practice which provides a high level of care to approximately 13,400 patients in Sudbury, Suffolk and its surrounding villages. We are a well-established, friendly and supportive practice who are looking to welcome a GP into our team. We are forward-thinking and work hard to future proof our success so we are willing to wait for the right candidate.

The practice has a stable partnership of 3 GPs supported by a dedicated team including a Salaried GP, 5 ANP/NPs and a strong nursing team. We are part of a 2 practice PCN with an excellent team of multidisciplinary staff integrated into the practice including Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapists, Social Prescribers and Care Coordinators. We have a large multi-skilled non-clinical team and are rated good in all areas by CQC (full inspection September 2025) with high QOF achievement and a good reputation and high level of patient satisfaction. We are not operating a total triage model.

The role involves using the SystmOne clinical system, offering 7 weeks annual leave plus 1 week study leave (pro rata), and indemnity fees paid. We are looking for someone who is innovative, driven, and will thrive as part of our team in the ever-changing environment of General Practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a full range of primary care services whilst ensuring the highest standards of care.
