Location: Growing Places at Hill View Business Park, Unit 15, Old Ipswich Rd, Claydon IP6 0AJ.

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated RF Works Coach (Support Worker) to join our team at Growing Places in Claydon. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying levels of capacity and understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • provide tailored support and coaching to individuals, adapting your style and methods to meet their needs
  • work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate to people with differing levels of capacity and understanding
  • ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • this role is subject to a DBS check
  • a full clean driving licence is desirable as you may be required to drive company vehicles and on occasion work from other sites.

Learning Coaching and Advice, Employment and RF Works (seven distinct Social Businesses).
