Working alongside a broad network of partners, you will help develop and deliver initiatives that improve the area's tourism offer, support local communities and create lasting benefits for residents, businesses and visitors alike.

The Role

We are looking for someone who enjoys bringing people together and turning ideas into successful projects. You may come from a background in tourism, economic development, regeneration, destination management, project delivery, place-making, community development or a related field.

You will have:

  • Experience of managing or coordinating projects and partnerships.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to work across multiple workstreams and priorities.
  • A collaborative and solution-focused approach.
  • Confidence working with a range of partners from the public, private and voluntary sectors.
  • Experience of procurement, contract management or commissioning activity would be beneficial.

Why Join Us?

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the most significant tourism investment programmes in East Suffolk. You'll be joining a supportive and ambitious team, working on projects that span tourism development, access improvements, destination marketing, business support, food and drink initiatives and wider visitor economy growth.

The role offers flexible and agile working arrangements, opportunities to develop your skills, and the chance to work with a broad range of partners who share a passion for East Suffolk's future.
