We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Active Suffolk team as a Project Support Officer (Health and Wellbeing). Active Suffolk is committed to increasing the number of people taking part in physical activity and sport to improve health and wellbeing. We work with a wide range of partners including local authorities, the health sector, charitable/voluntary organisations and third sector organisations to support people in Suffolk to lead healthy, active lives.

The Active Wellbeing Service is delivered in the South Rural Primary Care Network which covers from the Shotley peninsula up to Needham Market and some travel will be required to health centres and events in those areas when required. Any offer is subject to relevant safer recruitment checks and a satisfactory DBS check.
