Rendlesham Primary School are seeking a dedicated Apprentice EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant EYFS team. This is a unique, hands-on opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining a nationally recognised qualification while making a real difference to children’s development. No prior teaching experience is required, but you must have a genuine passion for early childhood development.
We are looking for applicants who:
- have a genuine passion for early education
- are hardworking and eager to learn
- can follow plans and work on own initiative
- can communicate clearly with children and adults, verbally and in writing
- can work both with a small group and on a one to one basis with pupils
- can contribute to assessments
- can adhere to policies and procedures and follow GDPR guidelines
- can maintain confidentiality
- are confident in supporting good behaviour management skills
- have an awareness of safeguarding.
