Location: Stowupland High School, Stowupland, Stowmarket, Suffolk IP14 4BQ. The role will be carried out across all sites within the Mid Suffolk Facilities Team.

The Site Maintenance Technician supports the Site Manager in the implementation and delivery of high‑quality estates and facilities work. This varied role includes supporting planned maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with statutory procedures, and deputising for other members of the Facilities Team. You will contribute positively and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning and execution of maintenance projects.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and trust procedures.
  • Deputise for other Facilities Team members as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, students and external partners.
