Job Description

Realise Futures

Lowestoft (with travel across North Suffolk and the East Coast).

At Realise Futures, we’re looking for a dedicated Peer and IAG Practitioner to deliver walk-in Information, Advice and Guidance sessions and facilitate peer support groups as part of our Suffolk-wide contract. You’ll be based in Lowestoft, working across the region to empower individuals and help them thrive.

What you will be doing:

  • holding drop-in meetings to support adults with learning disabilities /autism offering information, advice and guidance
  • organising and leading social peer groups for adults with learning disabilities / autism to engage in the community and have fun.

  • a creative, flexible, and dynamic practitioner with experience supporting people with learning disabilities or autism
  • someone who enjoys working independently and collaboratively across communities
  • a confident communicator who can deliver impactful guidance and foster peer‑led support.
